65+ Should I Throw My Door Mat On New Yewr

A 4' x 6' recycled rubber commercial door mat. The specs say it's 3/8" thick, which seems correct. The specs also say it weighs 29 #. That also seems correct. I was surprised at how heavy it is. I'm not too worried about it flying out of my truck if I'm driving with it in the back, nothing on it, and no cover on the bed. So, my dog just ate some plastic wrap for sandwiches – long story short, my grandma tried to throw him the sandwich but he took everything out of her hand – and I don’t know what to do. He’s a husky and fully grown, and I’ve no clue how much of it was even there. I don’t want to make my grandma feel bad or embarrassed for the accident.
